In an effort to make books easily accessible to a greater number of residents, the Old Bridge Public Library is introducing a Books by Mail program to select senior living facilities and homebound residents.
Old Bridge residents that are temporarily or permanently homebound or facility bound may qualify for this program.
Books will be mailed to residents for up to a three week loan and can simply be mailed back in the (provided) reusable bag or can be returned directly to the Library. Postage costs are covered by the Library. Only books from the Old Bridge Library are eligible for this program; other materials, such as DVDs and CDs, as well as items from other libraries, are not available to be mailed.
Residents can request materials by calling (732) 721-5600 ext. 5033.
All Books by Mail participants must have a current Old Bridge Library card.
