Old Bridge, NJ –  March 1, 2019 – Programs on US Citizenship, Chinese Calligraphy, Selling Your Home and Trivia will all be offered at the Old Bridge Public Library in March. Details follow:

Chinese Calligraphy: Sun. March 10th @2pm. Shanghai-native Lewei Shang, who was born into a family of respected calligraphers, will present an informative lecture about this ancient art form. His work has been featured in many Chinese calligraphy exhibits in mainland China, Taiwan and the U.S., and he has lectured widely on the subject at universities, museums, and public libraries. He has also authored articles on the history and aesthetics of Chinese calligraphy and has been a member of the Shanghai Calligrapher Association of China since 1983. Following the hour lecture, he will offer a hands-on workshop for a limited number of participants. US Citizenship Seminar: Mon. March 11th @7pm. Debby Alter, Director of Immigrant and Refugee Services at Jewish Family Services, will share information about the US citizenship test and offer general immigration assistance.

Tips for Selling Your Home: Wed. March 13th @7pm. Realtor Susan McCann will be joined by real estate attorney Meryl Polcari and Tim York from Bond Street Mortgage Company to present an informative seminar on tips about how to sell your home.  They will discuss strategies and answer questions on how to sell effectively in today’s housing market.

Trivia Night for Adults: Wed. March 20th @7pm. The popular trivia program continues at the Library, featuring a game show atmosphere and trivia in many categories.  Teams will consist of up to six people; players may form their own teams or be placed on a wild card team when they arrive. Light refreshments will be served and small prizes awarded. No registration required. Open to adults 18 and over.
