Old Bridge, NJ – Oct. 20, 2016 – The Old Bridge Public Library will offer the following new computer classes including, Video Games for Seniors and Boost Your Creativity, in November:

Boost Your Creativity: Thur. Nov. 3rd @2pm:  Creativity isn’t just important to artists and writers.  It’s about finding new methods of solving problems and approaching situations. This workshop will help people interested in learning tangible tips for enhancing their creative skills.

Jobs and Career Accelerator: Mon. Nov. 7th @4pm: This informative session will provide helpful tips on expanding computer skills, writing cover letters and resumes and successful interviewing skills.  It will also examine how to best explore new career opportunities and offer advice and checklists for all aspects of the job search.

Video Games for Seniors: Mon. Nov. 21st @4pm: Popular video games aren’t just for kids. This session will involve games that allow seniors to think, create, play and explore. It will demonstrate how to keep minds and bodies active at any age.

LinkedIn: Mon. Nov. 28th @11am:  This session will examine the popular business social networking site and provide tips on making contacts, presenting a professional image and finding jobs.

In addition to these sessions, the Library offers computer, email and Internet basic classes each month, as well as free one-on-one technology appointments for adults. Those interested should inquire at the Computer Help Desk or go to www.oldbridgelibrary.org for more details.
