Old Bridge, NJ – Nov. 21, 2016 – The Old Bridge Public Library will host enrollment sessions for the Affordable Care Act on Mon. Nov. 28th from 5-7:30pm, and on Sat. Dec. 10th from 11-4pm. Appointments are required. To register, visit the Library or call 732-721-5600 x5033.

During the sessions, trained, certified counselors will provide information about health care options and assist in completing health insurance applications. Each household member should bring the following to the appointment: home/mailing address, proof of lawful residency (Green Card) or work authorization (commonly known as H1B VISA), Social Security Card, proof of state residency (rental receipt), proof of monthly household income (pay stubs, unemployment payment stubs, etc) and copies of the previous year’s tax returns.

The Old Bridge Public Library was recently voted one of the three Best Public Libraries in Middlesex County by the readers of the Home News Tribune. The Library is open seven-days-a-week and is located at 1 Old Bridge Plaza at the corner of Rt. 516 and Cottrell Road in the Municipal Center.
