Old Bridge, NJ – Sept. 23, 2019 – The Old Bridge Public Library will host a free Halloween Costume Swap for the community on Sat. Oct. 5th between 2-4pm.
Donations of “gently used” costumes for all ages are currently being accepted at the Youth Services Department. Donors will receive a ticket which can be used for entry to the “early bird” costume swap session at 2pm on Oct. 5th. All others are invited to attend the swap during the “General Admission” at 3pm. The Library can’t guarantee fit or selection, but costumes will be available for infants, children and adults. Those who are not interested in obtaining a new costume are still encouraged to donate any unwanted costumes.
“We are pleased to offer this great program to our patrons,” noted Youth Services Supervisor Pham Condello. “So often costumes are only worn once or twice and then forgotten about. This will allow for less waste and a nice cost-savings for those participating.”
