Old Bridge, NJ – Oct. 27, 2016 – Renowned nightclub performers Paul and Rochelle Chamlin will bring their cabaret act to the Old Bridge Public Library on Sat. Nov. 12th at 2:30pm.
Appearing as part of the Library’s popular Second Saturday concert series, the Chamlins, known as the “Cabaret Couple,” will perform their “Life Is…” show, featuring songs from a variety of musical genres, ranging from selections from the Great American Songbook to musical theater standards and pop favorites. Paul Chamlin has established his reputation over many years as a respected New York-based Musical Director, coach, accompanist, singer, and repertoire specialist. Rochelle Chamlin is a classically trained singer who has performed extensively in opera and oratorio. The couple entertains regularly at numerous New York-area venues including The Metropolitan Room, The Laurie Beechman Theatre, Don’t Tell Mama, The 92nd Street Y, and many libraries, community and senior centers and clubs. Upcoming Second Saturday concerts include a performance by Joe Gilligan and Donnie Farraro and their “Touch of Sinatra” show on Sat. Dec. 10th at 2:30pm. The concerts are free, but attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for donation to the Old Bridge Food Pantry.
