Join food & wine writer, Dr. Mark Vogel, for a comprehensive guide to buying, storing, serving, and cooking with wine. This in-person presentation will include an overview of the world’s main wine regions and wines.
Dr. Mark R. Vogel is a clinical psychologist, professionally trained chef, food and wine writer, lecturer, and novelist. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, for sixteen years he wrote a food & wine column, taught cooking classes, and edited cookbooks.
