Each week we will present two different options for your online challenge aiming to improve your physical health, mental health and/or physical fitness.

Participate in as many or as few challenges as you choose. Do them by yourself or as a family.

Each option counts towards your Summer Reading totals!

Week 1:

Eat something purple, or do five (5) sit-ups.

Week 2:

Do a crossword puzzle or take a walk.

Week 3:

Drink a smoothie or solve a Sudoku puzzle.

Week 4:

Do a Tangram Puzzle or do 5 push-ups.

Week 5:

Take a swim or solve a Word-Find puzzle.

Week 6:

Use a jump rope or do a connect-the-dots puzzle.
